Overnight Oats

My go to breakfast option, especially as I don’t like hot porridge. There are lots of options round, and various different combinations. Here are a few of mine for this part of the ‘overnight oats’ section. I will be sharing more combinations, in the weeks to come.
You can add fresh fruits, dried fruits, seeds and lots more. I will be experimenting with more different ingredients, so that i can share them with you all 🙂 .

Banana, Hazelnuts and Cinnamon

Ingredients:
Porridge oats
Milk (I used semi-skimmed)
Maple syrup
1 banana
Hazelnuts
Cinnamon
