So its been a while, but what a way to come back, than with these amazing delicious tacos.
I have been wanting to try these beauties for a very long time, having first found inspiration from watching Master Chef. Vegetarian and vegan friendly alternative to meat.
I was pleasantly surprised at how they came out on my very first attempt at making them.
All purpose seasoning
Red chili powder
Firstly cut the cauliflower into small florets, add in all the dry spices, salt to taste and some olive oil and mix well. Then place in the over at 200c for 30-35 mins, till golden and crispy looking.
The avocado creme, cut up the avocado into a blender, with salt, black pepper, green chilies, clove of garlic and some olive oil. Then blend till smooth and creamy, add more to get a more runny consistency.
For the crunchy slaw shred some red cabbage, julian peel a carrot, and thinly slice an onion. Once sliced add some lime juice, and black pepper. Then leave aside to marinade.
Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven. Then assemble tacos as preferred.
